E-Passfoto Starter Pack – License and package of 250 photo uploads

E-Passfoto is an online service that allows you to prepare and transfer digital german ID formats to the cloud provider.

This product contains:

  • E-Passfoto License (150,00 € net) and 250 photo uploads (250*0,80 € = 200 € net)

Please note:

  • The license is perpetual and the files are valid indefinitely.
  • You must have an account with Ringfoto.
  • 1 E-Passfoto license is dedicated for 1 ID Photos Pro license.
  • This product can be bought for ID Photos Pro 8 software license only. It can’t be used with software of other providers.

Activation time of a license and photos package within 3 business days, during our business hours (depends on the status of your Ringfoto account). After placing an order please send an email to contact@pixel-tech.eu confirming your ID Photos Pro 8 serial number for which the E-Passfoto should be activated.

E-Passfoto is a german cloud service operated by the Ringfoto organisation.

ID Photos Pro has been equipped with a plug-in, directly interacting with this cloud. Thanks to the solution, german ID photos are quickly processed and sent to the cloud provider.

Uploading a photo to the E-passfoto cloud generates a unique QR code, which must be printed and given to the customer. The QR code allows the clerk to download the ID photo from the cloud.

After placing an order please send us your Serial Number of ID Photos Pro 8 Software (or simply enter it as a comment to your order). Activation within 1 business day (during our business hours). After placing an order please send an email to contact@pixel-tech.eu confirming your ID Photos Pro 8 serial number for which the E-Passfoto license should be activated.

Please note that in order to use the E-Passfoto service your Subscription for Updates and Support must be valid. A biometric photo is considered as the most sensitive personal data. This is why the GDPR regulations and the German government itself require to use the most up to date version of a Software for their processing.
